Operations Director Kev Smith has been launching and operating immersive entertainment venues his entire professional career. His experience is varied enough that it allows for a versatile and nimble management style that can be applied to any FEC or Location-Based Entertainment new opening, expansion, or refresh.

Spider works with our clients as a revenue share partner or as a vendor with a negotiated management fee, or a hybrid of the two. Our goal is to help you get your new operation up and running smoothly, safely, and economically.

Once your venue is operating Spider will then provide ongoing analysis and study to ensure you are meeting your one year, five year and ten year goals.
